Week #3

Well, I have made it to week number 3! I think from here everything starts to feel a little bit more normal.  I have been so stressed so unfortunately I get lots of headaches! It's a big adjustment out here! It's good for me though! I need it! It's pretty humbling because I don't think I realized all the help I'd need from the Lord out here. It's truly amazing the blessings I've received!
Anyway, as for this week... it was pretty good!  We have the funniest partial investigator ever! He's such a punk!  he's super nice... but he's just a kid in the body of a 28 year old. He told us about all his supernatural stories... and boy were they crazy! You know me when I need to laugh, I can't hold it in! Everytime we are with him I have the HARDEST time not laughing! The thing is I think he may have some potential, but he needs to take a second to listen to us. He asked if our next lesson we could kick a soccerball around or something while we talked. He has the worst ADD ever, he's quite the character. Then we had some Pakistani guy who barely could speak English! He gave us his half drinken green tea as a gift. Oh man... he was so funny! Next we had the sweetest man ever! He is such a doll! He really is looking for the truth. He is a man of his word! That is not very often that you get this. He came to church on Sunday! Unfortunately he doesn't want the lessons until after he prays for an answer. It's alright though, cuz Heavenly Father is going to give him the answer! If not now then sometime in the near future! All of these people are English speakers though... Francisco and Johnny can understand Spanish though.\
We had quite a few mini miracles! The nicest guy came in and just started talking to us about missionary work! He's a beast. He shares the gospel to everyone! He's not even hispanic, but he gave us 2 referrals that would prefer to hear the lessons in Spanish! I'm SUPER excited. We also somehow got on the subject of the engineering degrees. He is trying to get as many LDS people in his company as possible. I'm not sure if Dad or Bry would be interested but if they want to check it out the website is uspto.gov... He said it has good pay and good benefits. You can work from home anywhere in the country after 2 years. Ya I don't really know but it's an option! Haha he was super nice!
I bore my testimony this fast sunday! It was terrifying! I barely could remember my name, led alone speaking in Spanish. Haha just kidding once I started talking all was well. I was glad I got the chance to so that I could mention that I really do care and love every person in the ward. I don't understand them really much at all, so it's hard to have a relationship right now. It's been super frustrating for me... but I realize I just need to be patient! Anyway, I'm almost out of time so I'll sign off for now! Hope all is going well! Glad to hear about the family reunion! Tell everyone hello for me! If Linds gets this tell her she's going to have so much fun at school, and not to worry! But tell her top priority best be writing me ;) Anyway, Love you much!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE BEST SISTER EVER! I was going to try and get a package sent... but I didn't find anything worth sending. The best I've got is from Walmart haha. I wrote you though so be looking for that! I just have to send it to moms though cuz I don't have your address. Have a great day!! Happy birthday to JOSHUA!!! I need to send him and email too! :) I think it's was coby's birthday yesterday as well? HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Tell them to all write me while they are here :) Happy late birthday to Nana! I meant to write it in her letter but I forgot, and I didn't say it last week! haha anyway familia... HAVE A FABULOUS WEEK! LOVE YOU!
